The Big News!

Prairie Tough Farms is moving! We finally found a place that really suits us and we bought our own little 70 acre farm!!! Plenty of space for our horses, cattle and plants! It was a huge decision but we are very excited about the opportunities the new place is going to offer. We are ready to expand and create our own version of a mixed farm. The new Prairie Tough Farm location is very close to where we are located right now, so nothing will change on our delivery areas.

With the move in fall though we might be a little late to move plants before winter. Depending on the weather we might not have flowers and herbs available right in spring but we are working hard on a smooth transition. The good news is we have lots more space to expand and are planning on adding exciting new options like workshops and farm tours. Stay tuned for more info during the winter months.

We will definitely add some bigger perennials like hydrangeas, dogwood and roses. As well as many, many flowers and herbs and a wildflower meadow for bees and other pollinators.

The farm has also some smaller barns and we are toying with the idea to add more livestock in the near future. At the top of the list are most likely chickens and ducks for eggs… More on that later…
