comfrey poultice
How I make comfrey poultice:
Grind up some dried leaves in a spice grinder or use a mortar and pestle. Mix with a bit of water and let until it’s a paste.
Spread on a piece of gauze and apply for 2-6 hours. I like to apply a poultice at least twice a day.
